Upon being admitted to practise as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2005, Vi began working as a lawyer. She worked in suburban law firms providing legal advice and assistance to a cross section of the community.
In June 2021, Vi established GX Lawyers embarking on a new chapter in her law career.
Vi is also a family dispute resolution practitioner (FDRP). As a FDRP she holds family mediation sessions between separated or divorced couples to discuss children and/or property issues. During the mediation she acts as a facilitator to help open up communication channels to assist both parties work towards a resolution to their individual needs and requirements.
