We offer Fixed Rates, Concession Rates or Pension Rates for the provision of legal services for the following matters.* Any rates that we advise you is for the provision of legal services only and does not include the cost of disbursements and expenses such as court filing fees, government fees etc.
Please phone our office and speak to us so that we can advise you what our rates are.
If you are interested in engaging our legal services, a costs agreement will be provided to you so that you can understand how we charge (and obtain independent legal advice if you wish) before you instruct us. Once you have had the opportunity to read the costs agreement and you would like to engage us we will require that you sign the costs agreement before we commence any work on your behalf.

Higher Courts costs scale
Where we are unable to offer Fixed Rates, Concession Rates or Pension Rates, if you engage our legal services you will be charged on a time basis for all work done on your behalf. Work done on your behalf could include but is not limited to the preparation of documents, perusal of documents, personal attendances and oral communication, court attendance etc.
All charges will be based on the Higher Courts Costs Scale.

*Any rates we advise you over the telephone are for the preparation of simple applications/documents/transactions and do not include the cost of disbursements or relevant government fees. Where your matter is legally complicated, we will advise you of this and the fixed rates will not apply.
*The condition of the will, the size of the estate and your situation will determine whether the application for a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration is simple.
